The training day | Ireland Somatic Experiencing

Each training day begins at 9.30 and ends at 6pm.

A timetable is available in advance.

Each day is organized around a combination of the following activities, reflecting the material to be covered and the rhythm of the group:

orientation practice
review of learning
teaching
practice in triads, - every day
Q&A
Live Demonstration – teacher and student working in the group.
Video - illustrating a particular aspect of the theory and practice
Reflecting on the experience and material presented in groups of 4 or 6
Personal sessions are available outside group training hours. A session booking form will be available after lunch on the first day.
Consultation time happens outside the training times. A session booking form will be available after lunch on the first day.
A faculty group consultation is available two evening for 1.5 hours
