The purpose is

• Support an understanding of trauma as a whole person experience - nervous system, emotional responses and in relationship with others
• To consider how the Somatic Experiencing TM approach to trauma resolution inform our work
• To provide an opportunity to practice some basic skills

Experiential workshop 

This is an experiential workshop.  

Participants are encouraged to bring aspects of their own life experiences and / or issues from their therapeutic practice.  

This is important as it supports the orientation of the workshop and support the focus to be on what is most relevant for the participants.
